App based training is complete with video demos of every exercise, the ability to track and record weights/reps, monitor progress, see results, message your trainer directly through the app, and best of all, your trainer can monitor what you're doing at all times and make changes to your program dynamically so that you're always on the right track. You literally have an expert personal trainer in the palm of your hand 24/7!
