Proper training for strength, speed, quickness, and most importantly, power are now available to you on demand so that you can work virtually with your expert jump coach as you not only train hard but you also receive detailed coaching of the biomechanics behind jumping.  Cast workouts to your TV and follow along with incredible instruction, teaching, and demos as you complete each workout with your trainer!

All of our knowledge, experience and research packaged into this first 4-week jump training phase where you can follow along with your jump coach as he takes you through each and every workout virtually and on demand.  You'll get:

  • 21 workout sessions

  • 4 weeks of training + Follow up testing session

  • Expert instruction on exercise technique and proper training progressions

  • Learn biomechanical principles to improve jump performance

  • Pre and post testing to measure results

  • Access to our incredible training app to monitor results and stay connected with your trainer

  • Jump coach/trainer monitors your program

  • Stay connected and contact your coach at any time

  • Connect technology like Apple Watch, FitBit, MyFitnessPal, etc.

How it works

  • Click below to sign up

  • Download our innovative training app, set up payment, create your own account

  • Your jump coach (also the designer of the Flight School Program) will connect with you in the app

  • Program is scheduled to begin on the following Monday after you sign up. It will appear in the calendar section of the app on the first day of the program

  • On Monday, open calendar, click on the scheduled workout to open you high def video and get started

  • We recommend casting the workout video onto your TV for a big screen effect. This can be done using AppleTV, Chromecast, or other similar devices. Casting can be done from your phone or from your computer. Message us if you have difficulties. We can help

  • Follow along as your Jump Coach takes you through the workout. Each workout contains an introduction with valuable information and instructions and demonstrations of each exercise. Do the workout along with your coach and learn valuable biomechanical tips for jumping on rest breaks.

  • When finished workout, click complete and rate how difficult it was.

  • NOTE: Workouts can only be viewed once and cannot be accessed afterwards so once you start your workout, get er done.

  • Testing occurs on Day 1, at the end of the program (after 4 weeks) and again after 1 full week of recovery on week 5.

  • Message your trainer/coach at any time and maintain constant communication as this is more than just a "program."  This is "Training"

Your jump coach

Adrian Honish, MSc, BESS, CSCS

Is the mastermind behind our jump training at Effectus.  He is co-owner, director, and head of strength & conditioning and has worked with over 1000 athletes through his years as a trainer

With an extensive background in coaching, strength & conditioning, biomechanics, and performance analysis, Adrian has worked with athletes of all levels from High School to National Teams and Olympians.    

As a sport biomechanist, the majority of his research and study have been on the mechanics of the vertical jump, increasing ground reaction forces, and specifically the volleyball spike approach and take-off. He uses these principles to maximize athlete jump height.

As a performance analyst, Adrian is a cutting edge expert in match scouting, match analytics, and game prep.  He has also worked with the Canadian Olympic Team as a Performance Analyst at the 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2028, 2020, and 2022 Olympic Games. He will also be a part of the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Adrian presents a resume unlike any other and a passion for excellence that's second to none.
