Starting a fitness program in the New Year is always a good idea. However, it's not always the easiest resolution to keep. By February most gyms are empty. Effectus's tip for your New Years fitness resolution is to find an activity that you enjoy by yourself or with a group of friends. This will keep you interested in fitness and once you develop a routine, it will be a lot easier to introduce new fitness goals and regimens. So get out there and join a rec sports league, boxing class, or find yourself a partner to do some group training with. |
